Litigation Support & Expert Testimony.

Translating commercial real estate facts into a clear technical story.

What we do

What we do.

Commercial real estate litigation lives or dies on the strength of the technical narrative. The facts are usually dense, the documents are voluminous, and the audience — judge, jury, arbitrator, opposing counsel — rarely has the industry context to interpret any of it on their own.

CRE360’s job in litigation work is to build the story. We take the facts the attorney has in hand, do the independent technical analysis, produce the expert report, and deliver testimony that holds up under cross-examination.
